Partner Program documentation
TokenToolHub Partner Program
Earn 20% from qualified Pro referrals, track commissions, and request eligible USDT payouts from Member Hub.
Program overview
What the TokenToolHub Partner Program does
The TokenToolHub Partner Program is an account-based referral system for people who introduce new users to TokenToolHub and its Pro intelligence service. It is integrated directly into the TokenToolHub Member Hub, so partners do not need a separate affiliate platform, a second login, or an external payout dashboard.
Every activated partner receives a system-generated referral code and a dedicated referral link. When a new visitor follows that link, TokenToolHub records privacy-aware referral activity and creates a signed attribution cookie. If the visitor later creates an account and completes a qualified TokenToolHub Pro payment within the attribution period, the partner system records the conversion and calculates commission.

Eligibility and access
Who can join and what account is required
The Partner Program is available through a normal TokenToolHub member account. A paid Pro subscription is not required to activate a partner account. The purpose of requiring registration is to give every partner a verified account identity, a secure Member Hub session, and a permanent place to manage partner records.
| Requirement | What it means | Action |
|---|---|---|
| TokenToolHub account | A normal registered member account is required. Pro is optional. | Register at register. |
| Active login session | The partner workspace is private account data and requires authentication. | Log in through Login. |
| Partner workspace opened | The first authenticated opening creates the active partner account and system code. | Open partner Program. |
| Account in good standing | Suspended, abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity may restrict partner functions. | Follow the program standards on this page. |
| Approved payout wallet | A valid wallet on a supported USDT network is needed before withdrawal. | Save the wallet from the partner workspace. |
- You do not need to pay an application fee.
- You do not need to purchase TokenToolHub Pro before joining.
- You should understand the product before promoting it publicly.
- Custom public partner codes require review and approval.
- Commission and withdrawals remain subject to qualified conversion and account-status rules.
Account activation
Complete activation from registration to referral link
Go to register, complete registration, and finish any account activation step shown by the authentication system.
Use Login. Logged-out visitors see the login workflow. Logged-in members receive the TokenToolHub Member Dashboard.
Open Partner Program, or select Partner Program from the Member Hub navigation.
The integrated partner service creates an active partner record, generates a system code, and returns your dedicated TokenToolHub referral link.
Copy your referral link, request a custom code when needed, save an approved USDT payout wallet, and review current commission settings.
Use the link in product walkthroughs, educational guides, research posts, community resources, and direct recommendations that explain TokenToolHub honestly.
Commission model
How the 20% partner commission is calculated
The default TokenToolHub Partner Program rate is 20% of a qualified TokenToolHub Pro payment. Commission is not generated by a click, page view, or account registration alone. A payment must be properly attributed to the partner and reach a qualifying completed state.
TokenToolHub Pro is currently listed at $25 for monthly access and $250 for yearly access. At the standard 20% rate, one qualifying monthly payment produces $5 commission, while one qualifying yearly payment produces $50 commission. Actual records may be affected by discounts, refunds, reversals, duplicate payments, invalid attribution, or future pricing changes.
$25 × 20% = $5 partner commission.
$250 × 20% = $50 partner commission.
| Event | Does it earn commission? | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Tracked click | No | Clicks are recorded for funnel reporting but do not create earnings. |
| Unique visitor | No | Unique visitor tracking helps measure reach without creating commission. |
| Account registration | No | The account can preserve attribution, but commission still requires a qualified Pro payment. |
| Confirmed or finished Pro payment | Potentially yes | The payment must be valid, attributed, non-self-referred, non-duplicated, and otherwise qualified. |
| Refunded or reversed payment | No or adjusted | Pending or recorded commission may be cancelled or adjusted when the underlying payment is invalidated. |
Referral attribution
How visits become attributed Pro conversions
Attribution connects a referred visitor and later account activity to the correct partner. The default system uses a signed 60-day referral cookie and account-level attribution controls. This gives a visitor time to inspect TokenToolHub, create an account, use the tools, and decide whether Pro is appropriate.
The visitor follows the dedicated TokenToolHub referral link or an approved code route.
The referral relationship is preserved for up to 60 days by default.
The new TokenToolHub account can be connected to the referring partner.
A valid completed Pro payment can create one idempotent commission record.
Default attribution window
The signed referral cookie remains valid for 60 days by default unless settings, privacy conditions, or browser behavior prevent continued attribution.
Existing attribution protection
An already attributed account is not silently reassigned simply because the user later clicks another partner link.
Self-referral protection
The system blocks self-referral commission to protect the partner ledger from artificial or circular conversions.
Privacy-aware visitor records
Visitor tracking uses privacy-aware hashes instead of retaining raw IP addresses or complete browser fingerprints.
- A click is useful for reporting but does not prove a sale.
- A registration can preserve attribution but still does not create commission.
- The completed Pro payment must belong to a valid attributed account.
- Duplicate payment and order records are handled idempotently so commission is not duplicated.
- Hourly NOWPayments reconciliation helps recover valid commission when a delayed webhook or missed browser callback occurs.
Partner workspace
What you manage inside Member Hub
The private partner workspace appears in the TokenToolHub Member Hub at /activity/#partner. The workspace is linked to your authenticated account and communicates with protected TokenToolHub affiliate REST endpoints using the active WordPress session.
Links and custom codes
Understand system codes, custom codes, and link usage
Your system partner code is generated automatically when the partner account is activated. It gives you a working referral identity immediately. The resulting referral link uses TokenToolHub's clean referral route in the form https://tokentoolhub.com/ref/your-code/.
System-generated code
Created automatically, unique to your account, and available immediately after partner activation.
Custom public code
Requested from the partner workspace and activated only after administrator review and approval.
Dedicated referral link
Use the complete TokenToolHub referral link so visits reach the attribution system before the user navigates elsewhere.
Testing before launch
Open the link in a private browser, confirm the destination, register only with a legitimate test procedure, and verify tracking from the dashboard.
| Use case | Recommended format | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Social post | Full referral link | Preserves the complete tracked route and makes the destination clear. |
| Video description | Full referral link plus disclosure | Gives viewers a direct path and clearly states the partner relationship. |
| Newsletter or article | Descriptive anchor text linked to the referral URL | Keeps the content readable while preserving attribution. |
| Community resource page | Referral link with a short product explanation | Helps users understand the tool before clicking. |
| Offline mention | Approved custom code or complete written URL | A memorable approved code is easier to communicate accurately. |
Promotion guide
How to promote TokenToolHub without empty hype
Effective partner promotion should begin with a real Web3 research problem. Show the user what needs to be understood, demonstrate the relevant TokenToolHub workflow, explain what the evidence means, identify the limits of the result, and then give the reader your referral link as the next practical step.
Token scan breakdowns
Explain ownership, minting, taxes, restrictions, upgradeability, holder concentration, liquidity, and unresolved evidence.
Solana authority reviews
Demonstrate mint authority, freeze authority, Token-2022 extensions, liquidity, tradeability, and owner concentration.
Transaction explanations
Translate methods, asset movements, approvals, internal calls, fees, failure reasons, and practical consequences.
Wallet-risk workflows
Teach users to inspect approvals, holdings, counterparties, suspicious interactions, and wallet-level exposure.
Contract comparison content
Show how implementation changes can add functions, remove protections, change ownership, or introduce new privileges.
Guides and learning paths
Connect blockchain education to repeatable research workflows instead of presenting TokenToolHub as a generic promotion.
| Content structure | What to include |
|---|---|
| 1. Define the problem | Describe the risk, research gap, or decision the audience is facing. |
| 2. Show the workflow | Use the relevant TokenToolHub tool or guide with a real address, transaction, or scenario. |
| 3. Interpret the evidence | Explain capability, consequence, confidence, and unresolved checks in understandable language. |
| 4. State limitations | Clarify that a scan is evidence for due diligence, not a guarantee of safety or investment performance. |
| 5. Add the tracked next step | Include your partner link with a clear disclosure that you may earn commission from a qualifying purchase. |
Balances and payouts
How commission moves from pending to paid
A commission record is created when a properly attributed TokenToolHub Pro payment reaches a confirmed or finished state and passes the program's qualification checks. The standard configuration applies a 14-day hold before qualified commission becomes withdrawable.
The payment and order are checked so one qualifying transaction creates one commission record.
The commission remains pending for 14 days by default while payment validity is monitored.
Qualified commission matures into the withdrawable balance after the hold period.
The partner requests withdrawal to a saved wallet on an approved USDT network.
| Status | Meaning | Partner action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Commission is recorded but still inside the hold period or awaiting qualification. | Review the record and allow the hold process to complete. |
| Available | Qualified commission has matured into the withdrawable balance. | Confirm the payout wallet and minimum threshold. |
| Requested | A withdrawal request has been submitted. | Wait for administrative review. |
| Approved | The request has passed review and is approved for processing. | Verify that the saved wallet and network remain correct. |
| Processing | The payout is being prepared or transmitted. | Avoid changing wallet details for that request. |
| Paid | The payout has been completed and may include a transaction reference. | Verify receipt on the correct network. |
| Rejected | The request did not pass validation or requires correction. | Review the reason, correct the issue, and submit a new eligible request. |
- Save only a wallet address you control and can verify.
- Select the exact supported USDT network shown in the partner workspace.
- Do not send a wallet address from an unsupported network.
- Check the active minimum withdrawal shown in your dashboard before requesting payout.
- Confirm the wallet and network again before submitting every withdrawal request.
- Paid records may include a blockchain transaction reference for settlement verification.
Standards and restrictions
Rules that protect partners, buyers, and TokenToolHub
Qualified conversions only
Clicks, visitors, and registrations are funnel records. Commission comes only from eligible attributed Pro payments.
No self-referral commission
Partners cannot generate earnings by improperly referring themselves or creating circular account activity.
Accurate product claims
Do not promise guaranteed profits, guaranteed safety, guaranteed income, or capabilities TokenToolHub does not provide.
Clear partner disclosure
Tell the audience when a link can generate commission so the commercial relationship is not hidden.
No deceptive traffic
Do not use fake clicks, bots, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, impersonation, spam, or misleading advertisements.
Account and code integrity
Custom codes require approval, and partner functions may be restricted when abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
Prohibited partner practices
- Referring your own account or coordinating artificial self-referral activity.
- Buying, generating, or automating fake clicks, registrations, or payment attempts.
- Hiding the commercial nature of a partner link when disclosure is required.
- Claiming that TokenToolHub guarantees a token, wallet, contract, transaction, or investment is safe.
- Promising specific income, conversion rates, returns, or payout timing.
- Impersonating TokenToolHub, its staff, another partner, a project, an exchange, or a community administrator.
- Registering custom codes intended to confuse users or misrepresent an official relationship.
- Sending spam, malicious links, deceptive ads, or irrelevant mass messages.
- Attempting to overwrite or steal attribution already connected to another partner.
- Promoting illegal activity, fraud, market manipulation, phishing, malware, or wallet-draining schemes.
TokenToolHub may suspend partner access, reject custom codes, reverse invalid commission, reject withdrawals, or investigate activity when program integrity is at risk. These controls protect legitimate partners and help keep commission records reliable.
Troubleshooting
Resolve common Partner Program access and tracking issues
| Problem | Likely cause | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Partner panel does not open | You are logged out, the account session expired, or the Member Hub page is cached incorrectly. | Log in through /activity/, refresh the page, then open /activity/#partner. |
| Referral link is not visible | The partner panel has not completed first-time activation or the affiliate service returned an error. | Reload the partner panel. If the issue remains, contact TokenToolHub support from the account email. |
| Custom code remains pending | Custom public codes require administrator approval. | Continue using the active system code while waiting for review. |
| Click count did not increase | The visit may be filtered, repeated, blocked by browser privacy controls, or not made through the full referral route. | Test the exact referral link in a private browser without modifying the URL. |
| Registration is not attributed | The cookie expired, was blocked, another attribution already existed, or the user did not register in the expected browser flow. | Do not attempt to overwrite attribution manually. Use support for legitimate investigation. |
| Completed payment has no commission | The payment may be unattributed, self-referred, duplicated, not yet reconciled, reversed, or outside program rules. | Allow hourly reconciliation, then contact support with the relevant account and payment context. |
| Commission remains pending | The standard 14-day hold has not completed or the payment is still under review. | Check the recorded date and wait until the hold process finishes. |
| Withdrawal button is unavailable | The available balance is below the active minimum, the wallet is missing, or the account is restricted. | Review the balance, wallet network, partner status, and current minimum shown in the workspace. |
| Wrong wallet or network entered | The saved payout destination is incorrect. | Correct it before submitting a withdrawal. Contact support immediately if a request is already processing. |
Frequently asked questions
Partner Program answers before you begin
Is the TokenToolHub Partner Program free to join?
Yes. Create a normal TokenToolHub member account, log in, and open the Partner Program panel. No separate partner application fee is required.
Do I need TokenToolHub Pro before becoming a partner?
No. A free member account can activate the Partner Program. Pro is the paid product on which qualified referral commission is calculated.
How is my partner account activated?
After registration and login, open partner. The system creates the partner account, system code, and referral link when the section is first opened.
What is the standard partner commission rate?
The default rate is 20% of qualified TokenToolHub Pro payments attributed to your partner account.
Does a click or registration earn commission?
No. Clicks, unique visitors, and registrations are tracked for funnel reporting. Commission requires an eligible completed Pro payment.
How long does referral attribution last?
The default signed referral-cookie period is 60 days. Browser privacy settings, cookie deletion, account history, or program rules can affect attribution.
Can another partner replace my existing attribution?
The system is designed to prevent an existing attributed account from being silently reassigned by a later referral click.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked and do not qualify for commission.
Can I request a custom partner code?
Yes. Request it from the partner workspace. The system code remains available while the requested public code is reviewed by an administrator.
Does the buyer automatically receive a discount?
No. The safe default buyer discount is 0%, so standard TokenToolHub Pro pricing remains unchanged unless an explicit discount is enabled and shown.
When is commission recorded?
Commission is recorded when a valid attributed Pro payment is confirmed or finished and passes the qualification checks.
Why is there a 14-day hold?
The hold allows time to identify refunds, reversals, duplicates, payment issues, and other disqualifying conditions before commission becomes withdrawable.
How do withdrawals work?
Save an approved USDT payout wallet, wait for commission to become available, meet the active minimum shown in the partner workspace, and submit a withdrawal request.
What happens if a payment webhook is delayed?
The integrated system reconciles completed NOWPayments records hourly so valid commission can still be captured when a browser callback or webhook is delayed or missed.
Where do I see my real partner statistics?
Log in and open the Partner Program inside Member Hub. Public documentation does not display private account statistics.
